The Management Productivity Suite is sold as a complete package; including hardware (if needed), software, and a monthly maintenance/licensing package to ensure all around network functionality. If any issues should arise KSP Systems will resolve those issues for free under the maintenance/licensing package.

Maintenance/Licensing

FileMaker property management database is licensed on a monthly basis with an accompanying network administration package. This insures that both your network and FileMaker are always up to date and fully functional. If any technical issues with either should arise KSP Systems will be there to diagnose and fix the problem for free under the licensing/administration package.
