Max Herr

Head of Operations and Online Marketing (Founder)

Max Herr is a co-founder of KSP Systems’ and serves a dual role at the company as the head of marketing and operations. Max earned his Business Law degree at California State University Northridge. His area of expertise includes online marketing, business management and client relations.

Max’s responsibilities at KSP Systems includes building new client relations, establishing business partners, providing services for clients, and overall management of KSP Systems to deliver on the promise of quality products and services in a timely, efficient and respectful manor.

Under Max’s leadership KSP Systems has built a loyal customer base that has expanded tremendously over the years. He has worked tirelessly to build brand loyalty through providing the quality of IT and online marketing services that have made KSP Systems so highly recommended by its clients. As a result KSP Systems now enjoys a stable client base that includes: California Prudential Realty, Docprep Services, ARC Services Co., Greet Street Financial and Realty, Speedlead Inc, Wynne Communications, JCI World Wide, National Network Financial, Jag Financial, Fallbrook Mortgage, Equity Center Inc, Century Towers, and Pacific Prolotherapy and Medical Wellness Center just to name a few.

Eugene Ladyzhensky

Lead Software Engineer (Founder)

Co-founder Eugene Ladyzhenskiy is KSP Systems' head of engineering. Eugene carries a Computer Science and Engineering degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. His fields of expertise include networking, software engineering, clustering, quality assurance, and database design.

Eugene is responsible for the organization and delivery of all engineering efforts at KSP Systems. Sample projects include KSP Systems' e-Commerce Suite, Management Productivity Suite, Content Management System, and Directory Portal. Eugene ensures that KSP Systems remains at the cutting edge of engineering by evaluating and adopting new technologies while ensuring timely quality product deliveries for all customers.

Alex Smolyanskiy

Creative Director (Founder)

Alex Smolyanskiy is KSP’s head of design and one of its founding partners. He possesses nearly a decade of experience in art, architecture, and graphic design. Beginning as a painter Alex studied art and design with Zoya Ivnitskaya and Alexander Antonyuk, well-known set designers from the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater in Ukraine. Alex’s artwork has been featured in several publications, shown in local exhibitions, and is in private collections around the world including Lithuania, Russia, and Israel. Alex expanded his artistic talents by studying sculpture with Georgian sculptor Ushangi, a former sculptor for the USSR Department of Monuments. His unique artistic training culminated with a professional architecture degree from the University of Southern California.

Alex had worked on countless artistic mediums, from canvas, to stone, to photography, and even blueprints before helping found KSP Systems. Using his architectural training, Alex worked for Ronald Frink Architects in Los Angeles, working on a variety of building projects from office developments to historic rehabilitation. Working in architecture, he developed a strong background in technical and graphic design, which he uses extensively in his web design projects. A self-taught web designer, Alex learned how to build web pages before any official classes or experts emerged in the field. His unique perspective in design has been an indispensable asset for KSP Systems and its clients.

Steven Savoie

Web Developer

Steven join KSP Systems in 2006 as an intern to fill a role in assisting our Creative Director. At the time Steven was attending the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising(FIDM) in Los Angeles where he would later in 2008 receive a degree in design and web development. Shortly after receiving his Degree from FIDM, KSP Systems promoted Steven to a full time position as a Web Developer.

Christine Estandarte

Human Resources and Marketing

Christine has been with KSP Systems since early 2005. She joined the firm to aid in acquiring new clientele and to help our online marketing operations. Her role was recently expanded to include human resources to ensure that all of our employees feel satisfied and that we only recruit the best possible talent.
